Terms of Service

1. The service

MyClip AI is a subscription tool that turns long videos into short vertical clips and generates short AI videos from scripts. Features include AI moment suggestions, automatic 9:16 reframing, captions, and MP4 downloads.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use MyClip AI. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the service.

3. Subscriptions

An active subscription is required to create clips or AI videos. There is no free allowance.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and we do not refund partial periods except where required by law.

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect immediately and your new limits apply from that point.

We may change prices or plan limits with advance notice. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

4. Your content and responsibility for source material

You retain all rights to the clips and videos you create with MyClip AI.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to clip, download, and republish the source videos you submit (including YouTube, Twitch, and Kick content). Do not use the service to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that are used to violate others' rights or applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to bypass plan limits or security controls, no automated abuse of the service, and no reselling access without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI-generated content

AI suggestions and AI-generated videos are provided as-is. Quality and accuracy vary — review clips and captions before publishing them.

You are responsible for the final content you publish, including compliance with the rules of the platforms you post to.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Processing times depend on video length and system load.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. If a change materially reduces a paid feature during your billing period, contact us and we will make it right.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyClip AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost views, revenue, or data).

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
